Orders will be delivered to the delivery postal address designated by the Customer and within the period indicated on the website according to the selected postal delivery method.
The preparation of the order can range between 1 and 5 business days, depending on the customization and availability of the product.
Estimated maximum delivery times, after order preparation:
- Spain and Portugal Standard: 48 / 72h
- Spain and Portugal Premium: 24 / 48h
- Main European destinations: 3-5 days.
- Russia: from 9 days.
- Main destinations in America: 5-10 days.
- Main destinations in Asia: 6-12 days.
All orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Orders received during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.
We will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, although due to the delivery system (postal mail) there may be situations or periods of the year in which delivery may be delayed. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the order has been delivered when you or a third party authorized by you take physical possession of the products, which will be credited by signing the receipt of the order at the delivery address.
Delivery incidents
In case of not being able to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and will try to contact the recipient by phone to make a new delivery. If the delivery is unsuccessful again, after these two attempts, the package will be available to the corresponding Post Office for 15 calendar days from the day following the date of the notice.
In the event that these 15 days have elapsed since your order is available for delivery and it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to Ms Worker or the transport company, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved.
As a result of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of shipping costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract. Where appropriate, Ms Worker may pass on the transportation costs derived from the termination of the contract.
